Learn to make mamoul (date filled cookies)

The Alif Institute is hosting a class on how to make mamoul, a cookie filled with dates that is eaten around the Arab world, especially around the holidays. The cost is $55 for members of Alif, and $60 for non-members. Deadline to register is March 21. More info here.
