Decatur-based restaurant Chai Pani is hosting Diwali, the Festival of Lights, celebrated over five days to symbolize the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and to light the way for new beginnings. The celebration will take place on October 21, from 5 pm to 10 pm. More information here.
