Shibam Coffee is hosting a Beginner's Tatreez Workshop, where participants will create a Tatreez circile and learn about traditional patterns and the meanings behind them. The Latin American Association is holding a workshop to help graduating seniors with their college essays.  Participants will receive feedback on their essays as well as tips for writing them. The workshop is free - register here.

Check out Eid Fest at the Westlake High School stadium grounds this weekend, where there will be a range of activities including a "virtual theme park experience," flag football, track races, obstacle courses, bounce houses, as well as food trucks.  $10 for admission.
