We Love Buford Highway and Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta are distributing free groceries at the Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS) office off Shallowford Road.        

ICNA Relief, along with community partners, is hosting a Back to School event featuring backpack and school supplies giveaways, food, and a raffle. *Child must be present to pick up supplies and backpacks.* Questions? Contact fatima.wadood@icnarelief.org.

Asian Americans Advancing  Poder Latinx, and Mi Familia Vota are hosting an info session about citizenship and eligibility requirements at the Gwinnett County Public Library Norcross Branch. Registration recommended, but not required. Register here.  

We Love Buford Highway is hosting its annual fundraising event, FEAST, at Factory Atlanta in Chamblee. The evening will feature a night market, a night bazaar, and performances. Funds will go towards the nonprofit's work to "preserve the multicultural identity of Atlanta's Buford Highway through economic mobility, youth empowerment, arts & culture, and storytelling."

Check out the fourth annual Pan African Festival, hosted by the Beacon Hill Black Alliance for Human Rights, in downtown Decatur on Saturday, featuring music, food, vendors, and discussions. Up to 50 different Asian vendors  will be at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds for the weekend long Southeast Asian Summer Festival. Expect to see an egg roll eating competition, papaya salad making competition, a  caged powerlifting event, and more.

Join the Latino Community Fund - Georgia for a festival featuring food, a vendor market, and performances from a range of artists and groups including Aklaa Sumaq, Pleneros de Puerto Rico, and Bembe Folklorico de Colombia.

As part of the Atlanta Food and Wine Festival, Chai Pani is hosting a dinner featuring  Chef Sahar Siddiqi of Chai Pani Decatur, Chef Mia Ocino of Kamayan, and Editor of Eater Atlanta, Henna Bakshi.  The menu is a collaboration of Chef Siddiqi and Chef Ocino, and will be served family style.

CDF Action and the City of Clarkston are hosting the 11th annual Clarkston Tell Me a Story! Festival. The event will include free books and resources, information about literacy programs for children, as well as live storytelling.
